Abstract

Early in the 20th century, Dr. Edward Bach created the Bach Flower Medicines. Restoring emotional and mental equilibrium is the goal of these 38 flower-based remedies. Physical ailments may be caused by emotional repression, stress, fear, worry, melancholy, and uncertainty, according to Bach. The theoretical points, categorization, clinical uses, and accessible data pertaining to remedies in emotional disorders are all thoroughly reviewed in this review. Using PubMed, Google Scholar, CCRH journals, and homeopathic databases, a comprehensive evaluation of the literature was conducted between 2000 and 2025.Included were papers on Indian homeopathy, case studies, and clinical research. Research suggests that Bach Flower Remedies can be used as a supplement to existing therapy for those with mild to moderate emotional problems. According to research, individuals with mild to moderate emotional issues may benefit from Bach Flower Remedies s as an adjuvant therapy in addition to homeopathic and psychiatric treatments.
