Abstract

Osteoporosis, a metabolic bone disorder characterized by reduced bone mineral density (BMD) and increased fracture risk, is a significant health concern globally, particularly among the elderly and postmenopausal women.5It occurs when the balance between bone reabsorption and bone formation is disrupted, resulting in bone density loss over time. Musculoskeletal disorders are also known as cumulative trauma disorders, injuries and conditions also affect the muscles , bones and joints and connective tissues.
